What is a Transaction Services Internship?
Transaction Services encompasses all aspects of an M&A transaction from financial, tax and operational due diligence, to planning for and executing integrations and separations through valuing and accounting for the transaction. The Transaction Services Intern is primarily responsible for working on client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing Transaction Services projects and services. The Transaction Services Intern is also responsible for learning how to apply skills in financial and operational due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries. The intern will work closely with staff, managers, and partners across service lines to provide services needed by our clients through the entire process of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalization, and other transactions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance Major and overall minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites
Interested candidates should display an affinity for learning and problem-solving skills as well as have the adaptability to work cross-functionally within the Audit and/or Transaction Services practice.
