What You'll Get To Do:

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and update client, engagement, project, task and assignment information
  • Process invoices and review project budgets to support revenue recognition
  • Support time and expense management while interacting with client tracking systems
  • Support accounts receivable and payable activities and process cash receipts
  • Support contract routing and storage
  • Support account managers through a variety of tasks related to account operations and identify and document opportunities to enhance operational area processes, tools, and programs

 

What We Expect You've Already Done:

  • Demonstrated finance and business competency with an understanding of financial statements and financial process flow
  • Experience reviewing contracts or billing set-up for revenue recognition
  • Strong technology skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; SalesForce and/or FinancialForce experience a plus
  • 4-6 years of billing, bookkeeping and/or 1-2 years of public accounting experience
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required
