Join the 2020 Associate Development Summer Internship Program today!

As a 2020 Summer Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 8, 2020 and conclude on August 14, 2020. 

About The Team

The Ancillary Accounts team is part of the FIS Key Account Team. The Key Account team represents the top revenue driving clients within FIS. Clients range primarily from bank, credit union, and retailers. The Key Accounts team manages client expectation for projects, services, and incidents. Day to day life is spent working with clients on their "account" and ensuring their satisfaction with FIS by partnering with the client to ensure a long-term relationship.

What You Will Be Doing
  • You will be laying documentation for internal sites and aggregating information
  • You will be assisting in documentation creation and working with Relationship Managers to complete the documentation
  • You will be keying or updating data
  • You will be updating SharePoint sites and reviewing old information
  • You will be creating documentation for each client based on provided information
  • You may be assisting in application development and training documentations
  • You will have Fun!

What You Bring
  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2020 through May 2021)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
