Our client is a prestigious private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Principal to join their growing team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct private equity co-investments, with a global remit.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Developing and analysing financial models as well as assisting with due diligence
- You will also gain exposure to the portfolio companies
YOUR PROFILE: - This opportunity would be suitable for an investor at a leading investment bank or private equity firm
- You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions
- You should have a degree and / or MBA from a top-tier university
