We are currently looking for a Head of Business Performance and Client Management is responsible for the effective leadership of the Client Managers who report to him/her and accountable for ensuring the team is proactively managing the relationship health of the International Corporate accounts. They are also responsible for and delivering the highest quality client service. In addition, they are directly responsible for proactively managing all day to day client account maintenance activities for his/her own defined portfolio aligned to GAMs/FAMs they support. They will be accountable for the client delivery outcomes and Client Manager team performance within their remit.


As well as managing the client managers, they will Work with the International Corporates UAE Head, along with CEO UAE, Regional and Group management, to drive strategy creation and execution and highlight and resolve trade-offs between competing investments and agendas. They will be responsible for the preparation of the annual strategy, setting business targets & objectives, business performance metrics and productivity ratios.
