Mobility Tax and Global Immigration
As a member of the Dubai integrated Mobility team you will join a talented group of professionals that provide individual tax planning, compliance services and advice on tax implications related to the mobility of employees into new locations as well as advising companies and their international assignees advice on immigration compliance, immigration cost management, immigration regulation and policy. Our key capabilities include:
Mobility Tax Compliance
Mobility Income Tax Advisory and calculations
Cross Border Share based incentive schemes and expatriate compensation
Immigration Audit and Advisory
Immigration Compliance and Visa/Work Permit Application Services
Immigration Legal Advice
Immigration Government Regulation and Policy
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key resource on large-scale mobility related projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, analyse complex problems and deliver insightful solutions. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into new teams and rapidly establish relationships. More specifically, the successful candidate should:
Contribute to the successful delivery of Mobility Tax and Global Immigration Services projects, demonstrating client service excellence and innovative approaches to solving complex client challenges
Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and logistical skills to coordinate large projects with the client and the broader EY network
Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
Be able to identify and help manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment
Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities, by preparing proposals, presentations for potential clients and thought leadership brochures
Identify and flag any follow-on engagement opportunities
Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation
