Abot the role:



We are contining to strengthen or Operational Resilience capability and have an exciting opportnity for an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join or growing team.



As an Operational Resilience Manager, yo will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining and enhancing the Grop's Operational Resilience Framework, ensring the bsiness can respond effectively to disrption while contining to deliver important services to clients and stakeholders. Working across a complex financial services environment, yo will identify and map critical bsiness processes, assess operational and technology dependencies, and help drive resilience improvements across the organisation.



Yo will partner with a broad range of stakeholders, inclding Technology, Operations, Cyber Secrity, Risk and key third-party sppliers, developing a deep nderstanding of or operational landscape and the external services that spport it. Throgh robst analysis, risk assessment and resilience planning, yo will provide pragmatic recommendations that strengthen or resilience postre and spport compliance with K and international reglatory reqirements.


What yo'll be doing:

Provide technical expertise to spport the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Grop's Operational Resilience Framework.

Facilitate and spport bsiness impact analysis, service mapping, dependency identification, and vlnerability evalation activities throghot the Grop.

Spport the development, coordination, and delivery of resilience testing and scenario exercises. This incldes joint testing with third parties, identifying areas for improvement, and tracking remediation actions ntil they are complete.

Provide technical mentorship and constrctive challenge to bsiness owners to strengthen resilience capabilities and ensre resilience risks are appropriately nderstood, managed, and broght p.

Spport oversight of material third parties throgh review of resilience arrangements, testing otcomes, and identified vlnerabilities.

Spport the identification and review of Important Bsiness Services and Impact Tolerances, inclding identification of the priority processes spporting these.

Prodce and maintain high-qality resilience docmentation, evidence, and management information sitable for adit, reglatory, and governance review.

Provide technical knowledge to spport operational resilience assrance efforts, annal self-assessments, and reglatory sbmissions.

Spport the preparation of resilience reporting for governance forms, committees, and Boards.

Assist the Major Incident Response team in readiness for, and reaction to, incidents impacting or potentially impacting SJP.

Yo will be an experienced Operational Resilience professional with a proven track record of delivering resilience, governance, risk management, or bsiness continity otcomes within a reglated financial services environment. Yo bring both technical nderstanding and strong bsiness acmen, enabling yo to translate complex resilience reqirements into practical, proportionate soltions that spport the organisation's strategic objectives.



Yo are natrally collaborative and excel at bilding trsted relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape. Whether working with senior leaders, technical specialists, operational teams, or third-party providers, yo have the confidence and credibility to inflence, challenge constrctively, and drive positive otcomes. Yo commnicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging way, helping others nderstand risks, dependencies, and opportnities for improvement.


Essential Criteria:

Demonstrated experience in operational resilience.

Proficiency in analysing bsiness impact, mapping services, and assessing vlnerabilities.

Solid technical expertise in resilience testing and scenario exercises.

Capability to develop and preserve high-qality docmentation and management information.

Recognised professional accreditation in bsiness continity, operational resilience or a related discipline, preferably MBCI, or eqivalent depth of professional experience.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience collaborating with external parties on resilience activities.

Familiarity with reglatory filings concerning operational resilience.

Experience with Major Incident Response protocols.
