Business Analyst / Systems Analyst - Policy Administration System Migration

6-Month Initial Contract | £450 per day | Primarily Remote |

I'm currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Systems Analyst with a strong Financial Services background to support a major Policy Administration System Migration Programme.

The role will sit specifically within the Integrations workstream, focusing on understanding how data moves into and out of Policy Administration Systems and how these systems interact with wider internal and external platforms.

The Role

You'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand, document and support integrations across the existing and target Policy Administration environments.

This will include areas such as:

• Data flows into and out of Policy Administration Systems
• Overnight batch processes
• SFTP/file-based integrations
• APIs and system interfaces
• Integrations with external systems and third parties
• Banking partner interfaces
• Data migration and reconciliation
• Understanding dependencies between systems
• Supporting requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Working with technical teams to ensure integrations are understood and delivered effectively

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Strong Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience
• Previous experience within Financial Services
• Experience working on system migration, transformation or integration programmes
• A good understanding of data flows and system integrations
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, batch processing and external system interfaces
• Ideally, experience working with Policy Administration Systems, insurance platforms or similar financial services systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams

Location & Contract

• £450 per day
• 6-month initial contract, with a strong possibility of extension
• Primarily remote
• Client preference is for Isle of Man-based candidates, but remote candidates will be considered
• Occasional travel to the Isle of Man will be required
