DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FTC COMPLIANCE MANAGER

1. Assisting with the review and approval of financial promotions
2. Ensuring adherence to the AML/Fraud/ABC/KYC requirements
3. undertaking monitoring and providing training
4. Assisting with internal/external audit reports
5. Reviewing PA Dealing and gifts requests
6. Analysing conflicts and maintaining policies
7. Collating MI and making reports

You will have proven generalist Compliance experience from an asset management or fund management background. Salary:£60-75K plus bonus and benefits. Please contact me for more details.
