The Team:
The Fixed Income team is dedicated to adapting to evolving market dynamics, emphasizing technology and product expertise. We value collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking, aiming to provide best-in-class products and solutions globally.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Drive commercial strategy focusing on electronification, data utilization, and geographic expansion.
• Assess partnership opportunities to enhance the Fixed Income offering.
• Collaborate with the global Fixed Income team for coherent strategy implementation.
• Create and execute the Fixed Income product pipeline.
• Monitor client engagement across Fixed Income, with a focus on the buyside.
• Shape the Fixed Income narrative via conferences, press, and social media.
• Provide best in class products and solutions based on proprietary tools and interoperability with external vendors.
• Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to effectively service our existing and expand our client base

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Extensive capital markets knowledge, including electronic trading and data.
• Active interest in Fixed Income markets and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the primary market process.
• Ability to engage at the highest level with clients, regulators, and vendors.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Foreign language skills beneficial.
• Proven track record in driving revenue through commercial acumen.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
• Thoughtful, Measured and Pragmatic
