A global investment management firm is seeking a Marketing Manager to support its continued growth across the DACH region, with a particular focus on the German market. Working within an established EMEA marketing team, this role offers the opportunity to deliver a broad range of marketing initiatives that support both distribution objectives and client engagement activities.

This is a hands-on position combining campaign delivery, event management and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels. Partnering closely with sales, marketing and investment teams, you will play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is effectively tailored to regional audiences and commercial priorities.

The role would suit a German-speaking marketing professional with experience in financial services who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong internal relationships and delivering impactful marketing programmes.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

• Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the DACH region, spanning digital, social media, email, web and marketing collateral
• Managing marketing projects from initial briefing through to execution and post-campaign evaluation
• Supporting sales and distribution teams with targeted marketing activity aligned to business development objectives
• Coordinating and delivering events, promotional initiatives and client engagement programmes
• Producing and adapting marketing materials for German-speaking audiences
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on engagement, effectiveness and key outcomes
• Working closely with global marketing teams to deliver regionally relevant marketing initiatives
• Managing cross-border marketing activity and supporting wider EMEA projects when required
• Maintaining marketing literature and ensuring materials remain current, relevant and compliant
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing requests
• Providing insight and feedback to help optimise future marketing activity and campaign effectiveness

The ideal candidate should have:

• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in marketing within asset management, financial services or a related industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and events
• Confidence working closely with sales and business development teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality work
• A proactive and organised mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
