Job Summary

A full-time role in the Innovation and Optimization Centre focuses on conducting market research and product analysis to design, implement, and operationally incubate key financial technology solutions. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation by promoting fintech applications across business departments to solve operational pain points, managing end-to-end project planning, and coordinating with risk, compliance, and regulatory agencies to ensure secure, compliant implementation.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Science, Fintech, IT, or related disciplines
2. At least 2 years of work experience in banking product development and project management throughout the entire process is preferred
3. Work experience in GenAI, electronic banking, digital financial products, mobile payments, digital currencies, or blockchain products is preferred
4. Innovative thinking and strong teamwork spirit
5. Excellent organizational skills and coordination skills

Language Proficiency Requirements

1. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
