What will yo be doing?



Baringa is recognised as a leading advisory bsiness in the Climate Change space. We work collaboratively with clients to nderstand their climate change strategy and challenges, advise directly on low carbon projects and investments, and have developed the leading Climate Change Scenario Model to analyse portfolios to assess transition and physical risks, and temperatre alignment. We are expanding or Climate Change team as we contine to deepen or analytical capabilities to spport or clients in this area.




So, what are we looking for?



We are looking for individals with a broad range of skills or experience in the climate change risk space that cold spport the work we're doing in the development of or Climate Change Soltion model. We also have a nmber of specific roles that we're looking for, to inclde:

Climate Change Transition Specialists - able to nderstand and model sectoral transitions and conseqences for companies across different sectors. Ideally this individal wold be someone with an Economics backgrond, who is highly analytical and ideally holds modelling and coding experience.

Energy Systems Expert - an individal with a backgrond in operational research, optimisation, and coding expertise. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in energy system modelling and long term scenario development expertise
