SeniorMltimedia Designer: We'relooking for a talented Senior Mltimedia Designer to bring or broker &partnerships proposition and brand to life throgh engaging, high-qalitycreative that strengthens broker engagement and enhances the overall brokerexperience. Working within or Broker & Partnerships Marketing team, yo'llcombine hands-on design expertise with a key role as or creative specialistand brand champion, creating impactfl mltimedia assets while providing expertcreative gidance across the team and wider bsiness.



Yo'll take projects from initial concept throgh to finaldelivery combining strong design expertise across digital and print, incldingvideo, animation and motion graphics. Yo'll also manage the day-to-daycreative workflow with or external agencies and sppliers, acting as a creativepartner to colleages and ensring high-qality, consistent application of theAgeas brand.




Main Responsibilities as SeniorMltimedia Designer:

Design and deliver high-qality creative assets across email, social media, web, presentations, print, video, events and motion graphics.

Manage projects from initial brief throgh concept development, prodction and final delivery, ensring qality and consistency throghot.

Act as Broker & Partnerships creative specialist and brand champion, providing practical creative gidance and helping colleages trn bsiness needs into effective creative soltions.

Manage day-to-day creative workflow with external agencies and sppliers, inclding briefing, feedback and qality control.

Develop templates, design systems and resable assets that improve efficiency and spport self-service across the bsiness.

Explore new technologies, inclding AI-enabled & self-serve creative tools, to drive innovation and improve creative workflows.

Skills and experience yo need as SeniorMltimedia Designer:

Significant hands-on mltimedia design experience within an agency, in-hose or creative environment, spported by a strong portfolio.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Clod, inclding graphic design, video editing, motion graphics and animation.

Experience briefing and managing creative agencies, prodction partners or external sppliers.

Strong brand expertise, with the ability to champion brand standards and deliver high-qality creative soltions within established brand gidelines.

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage mltiple briefs and priorities simltaneosly.
