Our partners and senior staff regularly provide extensive litigation services and expert witness testimony in courts, arbitrations and mediations throughout the world.



Our
London office is currently seeking a qualified
Accountant (Polish Speaking) to join our team to support the expansion & growth of our polish market. This role is the
first-step in carving out a career in Forensic Accounting and so is suitable for someone who is interested in this niche area of accounting.




Key Responsibilities

• Preliminary to intermediate analysis of sales, production and other accounting data


• Physical inventory observation, price testing


• Examination of source documents pertinent to engagement


• Check and proof reports and schedules


• Conduct phone, video or in person interviews to obtain information


• Research, data analysis and evaluation


• Invoice analysis


• Attend marketing events and functions with clients

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Working proficiency in Polish required, native Polish language skills preferable


• Bachelor's degree and/or Masters in a finance or legal related subject


• Recently achieved, working toward (or willing to work towards) an accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA)


• Exposure to working in a professional work environment with time-sensitive responsibilities


• Strong attention to details, analytical


• Great communication skills


• Ability to work as part of a team but autonomously on tasks


• Proficiency in Polish is required, other language skills considered an asset
