What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of complex litigation-managing or supporting high-value catastrophic injury claims from instruction through to resolution.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Managing a caseload of serious injury claims including ultra-high-value matters
- Advising on liability, quantum, and indemnity issues
- Working closely with a Lead Lawyer on multi-million-pound cases
- Building strong, trusted relationships with insurer clients
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance Keoghs' market profile
What we're looking for
We're seeking a technically strong, commercially aware lawyer who thrives in a high-performance environment.
Your Experience & Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor (4-8 years' PQE) or qualified CILEX lawyer
- Proven experience working on catastrophic or large loss injury claims
- Strong understanding of litigation, case law, and court procedures
- Ability to handle or support complex, high-value cases with confidence
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Calm under pressure, with strong prioritisation and organisational ability
- Defendant experience is ideal, but strong claimant backgrounds will also be considered
