About the role

The Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the effective operation and continued development of our Nottingham office, our largest office location.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Good practical experience in facilities, workplace, property or a similar operational environment.

  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers and monitoring service delivery.

  • Experience introducing or improving facilities processes and ways of working.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership through to completion.

  • Experience supporting workplace moves, projects or service improvements - including small works projects

  • Confidence working with KPIs, service data and reporting.

  • Good understanding of workplace health & safety and facilities compliance.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Experience in a single-site, professional services or customer-facing environment.

  • Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance, statutory compliance and contractor-management processes.

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost control and value for money.

  • Confident using Microsoft 365 and relevant facilities, finance or purchasing systems.

  • A relevant facilities or building-services qualification would be desirable.

You'll play an important role in making sure our workplace runs smoothly and people receive a consistently great service. It's an opportunity to bring your ideas, take ownership and make a tangible difference to the experience of everyone using the office.
