Overview
We are partnering with a leading investment bank seeking an experienced AMC Structurer to join its Structured Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination, structuring, pricing and execution of Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) and fund-linked investment solutions across a broad range of asset classes.
Working closely with Sales, Trading, Legal, Risk, external asset managers and distribution partners, the role will focus on developing innovative investment products for institutional investors, private banks, wealth managers and family offices across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and launch Actively Managed Certificates across equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives and thematic strategies.
- Develop bespoke investment solutions tailored to client objectives and risk profiles.
- Partner with Sales teams on product origination, client presentations and business development initiatives.
- Work directly with asset managers, wealth managers and institutional investors on new product opportunities.
- Price, model and execute AMC transactions in collaboration with Trading teams.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea generation through issuance and ongoing management.
- Prepare term sheets, marketing documentation and investment proposals.
- Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations teams throughout the product approval process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments within the AMC and structured products space.
- Support the growth of the bank's structured solutions and managed products platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AMC Structuring, AMC Trading, Fund-Linked Products, Investment Solutions or Structured Products at a bank.
- Strong understanding of Actively Managed Certificates and their structuring, pricing and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with asset managers, private banks, wealth managers or institutional clients.
- Good knowledge of derivatives, structured products and investment solutions.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
