Accounts Semi-Senior/Senior to join our

The Opportunity



As an
Accounts Semi Senior/Senior, you will manage a varied portfolio of clients, preparing accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts while delivering a high standard of client service. Working closely with colleagues across the practice, you'll build strong client relationships and support business growth, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional looking to progress their career.




What You'll Be Doing



As our
Accounts Semi-Senior/Senior , you'll be responsible for:

• Processing of accounts for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies for review


• Preparation of Corporation Tax returns for review


• Supporting the team with ad hoc work assignments and projects as required


• Support junior team members

What We're Looking For



We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• 1+ years of Accountancy Practice experience


• Good accounting, VAT & tax knowledge, in particular corporation tax.


• Experience with Iris, Xero & Sage preferred


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral


• Show initiative, exercise judgement and take ownership of tasks from start to finish


• Experience of working on a wide range of clients


• Computer literate including good Excel experience.


• Either Training towards ACA/ACCA or qualified.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• A proactive and solutions-focused approach


• A commitment to delivering excellent client service
