Compensation: $200,000 Base + Bonus

As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & M&A to join their team in Washington, DC.
This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to drive the firm's inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, strategic investments, and venture capital initiatives. The position provides a unique blend of M&A execution, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making within one of the most active sectors of the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, and other growth initiatives.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and due diligence across the Aerospace & Defense and Industrial Technology sectors.
- Manage transaction execution from sourcing through closing, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop executive-level presentations and investment materials to support key business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, founders, and industry executives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or a related field.
- Strong M&A transaction experience, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Experience covering Aerospace & Defense, Government Services, Industrial Technology, or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
