We looked at the best universities to go to if you actually want to get a job when you graduate a few months' ago. Then, the Guardian had put out a list. Now there's a new list out from The Times. If you're a subscriber, it's accessible here as part of the Times Good Universities Guide.

If you're not a subscriber, we've extracted the top 10 universities for graduate career prospects below. Notably, London-based students do well. This isn't a financial services or investment banking-focused list, but it's notable that banks like to recruit from the LSE and Imperial which come first and second. On the whole, the Times' list is pretty similar to the Guardian's - except it doesn't include Glasgow University in the top 10.

1. London School of Economics

2. Imperial College

3. University of Cambridge

4. University College London

5. University of Oxford

6. King's College London

7. University of Bristol

8. University of Bath

9. University of Durham

10. Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen)
