A well-established global financial services organisation is seeking a friendly, professional and hardworking candidate to join their Sydney office. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced administrator to work within a corporate banking environment, supporting office operations, internal teams, visitors, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Your new role
You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing high-quality administrative and front-of-house support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Coordinating office supplies, courier arrangements, filing, photocopying, documentation management and office equipment maintenance.
- Maintaining office calendars, meeting schedules and boardroom bookings.
- Supporting monthly billing, expense reconciliations, invoicing and payment processing.
- Arranging travel itineraries for interstate and overseas travel.
- Coordinating supplier relationships, contract renewals and vendor communication.
- Planning and supporting internal and external events, including corporate meetings, employee engagement activities and community events.
- Maintaining fixed asset records and ensuring office equipment remains in good working order.
- Providing general administrative support to management and wider departments as required.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration, reception or office management role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Exposure to a highly professional corporate environment.
- A varied role combining administration, reception, office coordination and event support.
