For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Geneva we are looking for a:

Workplace Experience Receptionist:

Reception & Welcome (40%)

• Welcome visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage the reception desk: incoming calls, emails, directing enquiries

• Ensure visitors are registered and manage access badges

• Ensure an excellent first impression of the site

Hospitality & User Experience (40%)

• Provide a high-quality service to occupants and visitors

• Handle day-to-day enquiries (bookings, assistance, information)

• Maintain reception areas and communal spaces to a high standard

• Manage post, deliveries and related services

• Liaise with service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance)

Meetings & Events Support (20%)

• Coordinate room bookings

• Prepare meeting spaces (set-up, equipment, light catering)

• Provide logistical support during internal meetings or events

• Ensure services run smoothly on site

Administrative support

• Provide support to the Workplace Experience team

• Follow up on operational and general services requests

• Apply internal procedures and CBRE standards

Your profile:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
