Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically in global markets, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Investment Banking Global Markets Execution Sales business.

You'll get to:

• collaborate with our global trading and sales desk on various topics like new product initiatives, front-to-back controls, ad-hoc surveys and trade data analysis
• work with senior management across the business to analyze, develop, and implement strategic solutions to improve and enhance our business models

Your team

You'll be part of our Global Markets Execution Sales team, based in Zürich. We're in the center of the trade floor, positioned to support our Global Markets, Wealth Management and Investment Banking sales force. Our team works very closely with senior stakeholders and control functions.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than twelve months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has previous internship experience, preferably in IB and / Global Markets
• has strong Microsoft Office skills i.e., Excel, Word and Power-Point
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian, French or German fluency are a plus
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Start date: February 2027

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
