Cooke previously held a management position at Albert E Sharp and Capel-Cure Sharp. He will now be responsible for running BS & Co's investment management and stockbroking activities, including those in the London office of Henry Cooke, a stockbroking, fund management, institutional sales and research outfit acquired by BS & Co in March.
