How do you usually handle the cultural differences when dealing with different people?

My many years studying abroad have led me to appreciate different cultures. I feel the most important is to take the time to understand their individual cultures.

My experience of these different cultures gives me the ability to do this.

Have you ever felt like giving up, but held on eventually?

Candidate's answer

Inevitably, I have felt like giving up at some point, but feel that overcoming the challenges is essential to personal growth. If we overcome it, I'm sure that we will be closer to our dream. Every time I come up against a challenge, I think about my self-value and role, the main goals I have set myself and so on to incentive me to hold on until I get through it.

How have you dealt with pressure?

I try to understand my role within the workplace and how I can best achieve my individual goals. I also try to wind down by doing things such as playing sport and going to entertainment events. This gives me the focus to do my job perfect.

Candidate's answer

Firstly, it is most important that ABN Amro offers me a chance to realize my personal value and dream. I'd also like a platform to display my talent. Secondly, will allow me to develop as a person and familiarise myself with the work of all the financial field.
